After being put on a never ending NHS waiting list I decided to invest my money in my health as, following a personal crisis I was becoming very poorly with anxiety and depression.

I've been attending therapy here for the last 5 months initially weekly, now just monthly. Sue is polite, professional, easy to talk to and within just a few sessions I started feeling much better.

The building itself is easy to find, it's the large red brick property on south parade, it contains a number of other businesses, all professional, but is very quiet, I've never bumped into anyone indoors, so it's entirely discreet. There's always water to drink or tissues on hand if needed, in the clean and comfortable office.

If you're reading this wondering if it's for you because something isn't right in your life, then do yourself a favour and try it for a session, there's never been any pressure for further bookings or to spend a fortune. 5/5.
