Thoroughly enjoyable and informative day. Donna was helpful and gave great insights into her personal experience of using her first aid skills in a live environment. This is the second time I have completed my Paediatric first aid training with Donna as it needs to be updated every 3 years. New premises are great, very welcoming, free access to a range of refreshments. On both occasions Donna has been very informative, due to her background and vast knowledge she is able to inform everyone within the group or real life experiences during the two day course. She welcomes questions and teaches the course at a steady pace, encourages people to get involved using first aid techniques. Would highly recommend this lady to everyone, it's nice to have a trainer who doesn't make first aid just another chore to do and actually makes it enjoyable 😀👍😀

We got recommended Donna through my wife who couldn't rate her highly enough, and on our first first aid course 3 years ago she couldn't have been more right. Donnas experience in the roles she has done in her career, combined with the years and years of first aid training is second to none. Over the past decade or so I've known Donna as a learner, co-worker and as an employer. She is the best first aid trainer I know, and I know several including myself. I've seen her teach nurses, security staff, jobcentre courses childcare professionals and general public. You want first aid training. Book this one. No need to look further under any circumstances.
