I would highly recommend Whoopsiedaisy Handmade! I attended a sewing class with Sharon on 19/01/25 and it has massively boosted my sewing confidence.

I would say other than sewing at school, I am a complete beginner. However, from the outset of the class, Sharon gave us lots of hints and tips and gave each person in the class individual attention throughout.

The tuition was easy to understand and Sharon was supportive in letting us work at our own pace.

I had a lovely day and thoroughly enjoyed handcrafting my own bag to take home! Thank you Sharon!

Had a fantastic Sunday workshop with Sharon today, learning all about how to use a sewing machine. Sharon's workshop was fun and super easy to follow, I made my first ever bag from scratch and now have all the skills to start.all those sewing projects I've dreamed about.

Absolutely fantastic sewing tuition with the lovely Sharon. I attended a 'how to use a sewing machine' one day workshop then immediately started regular weekly classes. Sharon is gentle and patient and an excellent teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the classes with a nice mix of students, and I'm so pleased with what I've made so far. Great motivation and support for beginners as well as those with experience. I really look forward to my weekly class, highly recommended

I booked a birthday workshop for my friend's birthday and I can't say a bad thing about it. Sharon was kind and patient and extremely welcoming. We learnt so much in such a short space of time and definitely want to go back for more. I made a quilt and my friend made a zipped cushion and zipped bag, which we're both over the moon with. Cannot recommend this enough. Thank you!

Fantastic place! I enjoy weekly classes where I have learnt to make many items, including things for my home, gifts for friends and amazing Christmas decorations. Sharon is an incredible teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a patient and kind approach. Lessons are good value and lots of fun.

5 years ago sharon started her classes and I couldn't sew let alone use a sewing machine
Now I have made bags, cushions and even a quilt and would be lost without my Wed evening class . Sharron is the most patient teacher I know and always got a smile and warm welcome couldn't recommend her more such a fun class 😁
