In my 68 years of existence, this hospital has always been there. I have had too many visits for many minor accidents and several serious health problems. Every time without fail, I have been seen promptly treated by professionals. Treated with courtesy and respect. Long may it continue to serve West Cumberland.

We were are A&E tonight, I would like to say the staff were brilliant
There was a lot of people waiting and I was seen quite quickly due to accident and having diabetes.
The Dr that treated me was so good and kind, the nurses work so had and get no thanks
I know the NHS is not prefect but we need to support our nurses and Dr's before it's to late.

On behalf Mr Ivan Clarkson been to the Orthotics department Four times for shoes to be made for his feet the staff and everyone couldn't fault them they gave me more than 100 per cent care and attention on all my visits thanks again Orthotist was Matthew

Phoned 111 at 10am, by 11am I had an appointment at ChoC. From the care shown over the telephone, welcome from reception and compassion shown by my nurse, I truly felt grateful for the service provided. Thank you!

I like the new entrance to the hospital, you walk through the doors and into the cafe area with a new reception desk/cubicle ahead of you, go left for Outpatients and new hospital wards, go right for the old hospital area

Both my parents are receiving treatment and tests for their cancers my mother has been an inpatient for sepsis on the EAU ward recently where she received outstanding care from all the staff on that ward the care ,respect and dignity given was truly magnificent I can’t rate west Cumberland hospital high enough in all the hard work they do

The staff on ward 2 looked after my mother. They were caring and compassionate. They kept me informed what was happening which was reassuring. I cannot praise them highly enough.
