We went on the Opening of the Tower and Tower Walk with Jackie. The opening ceremony was quite interesting and it was great to be able to see the yeoman wardens up close. Jackie was a great tour guide. Struck the right balance between information and allowing us to explore on our own. Would highly recommend!

We took two tours with WALKS and absolutely LOVED THEM. !!!!Suzanna and Dominic were so very knowledgeable, incredibly engaging , and made our days in London unforgettable. I would never go without them ever again! They did their homework for both the Winston Churchill tour and the London Highlights tour, so both tours were packed with information, delivered clearly and with a dash of humor. Highly recommended!

Tower of London early entry. Not an intimate experience as we had expected. There were two other tours there also and as we were the last group to enter we had difficulty seeing the key ceremony. The guide is not allowed to accompany you in any of the buildings so we spent most of our time waiting for the group to reassemble. We have used Walks before and were amazed at the quality, so we were very disappointed with this tour. The disappointment was no fault of the guide.

We took the Westminster Abbey tour and it was amazing! Liz was an incredibly knowledgable tour guide and a very sweet person. If you get the opportunity to take a tour with her, I cannot recommend it enough!

Our walking tour of Westminster Abbey and the Horseguard parade was very enjoyable and very educational. Our guide was able to communicate with each of us via earphones, you never missed any of his commentary during the tour. Be aware that this is a walking tour that covers quite a bit of ground! I highly recommend this tour.

Westminster Abbey / Changing of Guard walking tour (am) 01 July 24.

Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the Tour guide was brought in last-minute (was sick) as they had no one else - and would have been cancelled last-minute. Support staff didn’t have equipment for him so we started late.

Tour guide was EXCELLENT. Informative, insightful, soldiered on in spite of difficulties at start. Got us to where we needed to be on time. Had excellent vantage points to get pictures in. Lots of good information and in a humorous manner. We really appreciated his efforts.
