It feels like a home away from home.
Just a few minutes away from the Uni and a stroll to high street makes it the perfect choice for a student.
The facilities at VITA are exactly what a student would want.
The team at VITA , Exeter is unrivalled.
They strive to ensure that we are not compromising on any aspect of student accommodation.
Right from house-keeping to socialising.
They conduct amazing workshops and interaction every single day which fosters an atmosphere of inclusion and positivity among the students.
Nelly will always be my "go to" person since she's taken utmost care of me from Day 1.
She makes sure that her people always have a smile on !

This is the last day of my stay at Vita Student and I have been here for 51 weeks. During this time I have had a great stay, I love the interior of my studio and the cleanliness of the common areas. My favourite part is the two floor to ceiling windows in the studio, the view and the light are great. Also, I was very well looked after by the Vita management team, they were all very friendly and welcoming and I appreciate the work they did, which helped me a lot. I will miss it all when I leave here, thanks vita！

This is a wonderful student apartment. I have stayed in vita student apartment in Exeter for a year. The apartment offers breakfast from Monday to Friday, and the food is really good. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful, they are at work 24/7 all week. They always treat me with patience helped me solve many problems. Thank you Ryan, Sophie and Medhi for helping me through out the year!

Impressive accommodation! My sister Liu had spent a fantastic time in vita during her postgraduate years and I have visited her room many times and was impressed by the good reception, free breakfast and housekeeping. All the best to her and her time in vita

The best way to unwind after your exhausting seminars. Every day of the week you can find something to do and my favourite is definitely the cooking class. The pancake day was one thing I enjoyed the most, Steph did an amazing day making hot pancakes and arranging it with assortments of toppings. Staff is super friendly and you will feel like home away from home.

Vita Student in exeter has a very good management team, 24-hour front desk duty, no matter what situation, always at the first time to help you. Free weekday breakfasts allow you to wake up and eat a hearty breakfast without the hassle of preparation. The free room cleaning service every two weeks can help homeowners free their hands and save more time to devote to their study and life. At the same time, Vita often holds various activities in the common room, such as free fitness class, free cooking class, free wine tasting and so on. I am also a resident of Vita. All the above contents are my personal views and experience. Vita will not give me advertising fee just because I praise it.I simply want more people to know that there are good apartments in Exeter .

TL:DR 24/7 365 days Clean, Professional & Courteous staff, Best in Class ammenities and perfect location proximity to grocery stores, city centre and Uni of exeter.

A major chunk of disappointment with any residential apartment/ room comes down to maintenance problems like Faulty sink, Electrical issues etc which are bound to happen.
However @ Vita, The Vita staff is available on-call 24/7 and they solve any issue with apt response and you feel assured.

As an International student this has been the most invaluable part of my stay.

If you choose Vita, With the current management team led by Mr Ryan including Mehdi, Sophie and others you are insured for a blissful, memorable and stress free residency.
