No help unless your registered with a GP in Gateshead. Query it and you get a 2 line cut and paste email. Waste of space

Update you try to call their support line get asked to leave a voice mail and they say 9 to 5 for the office but it's 8 until 4. Clearly ran by people who are incompetent. The reply to this review is copy and paste bs THEY CLEARLY DO NOT WANT TO HELP

I do not recommend that you trust this organisation with your mental health.

I signed up for their Autism and Me course which I was told took place in Gateshead. I attended their office in Gateshead and was told the course was in Newcastle. The person I spoke to totally dismissed me when I tried to explain the information I’d received about the location of the course. I wasn’t offered any support to find office in Newcastle.

I later found out that I was right and the course was taking place in Gateshead. When I contacted Mind about this I found them dismissive of my experience.

I am too unwell for this service to really help much they do well with people referred by primary care but I think those of us who have been hospitalised are a bit much for them.
