Dr Lindsey delivered an excellent lunch & learn talk to our business. Her talk was positive, engaging and easy to understand - it contained loads of practical tips, interesting insight and helpful advice as well as debunking a few sleep myths. Overall it was very well received.

We also engaged Dr Lindsey to provide a number of 1:1 session for people who wanted more personalised help and guidance - those who had these found her knowledge and recommendations very beneficial.

My sleep had taken a big hit after four years of stress in my personal life. It was consistently inconsistent. I would have nights where I'd fall asleep peacefully, but struggle to get back to sleep and be awake for hours, but on other nights I'd struggle to get to sleep at all.

After the stresses had passed, the sleep struggles had become imbedded as a habit and I knew I needed help. As someone who leads and active and busy life, and strives for the best levels of health possible for myself, good sleep is essential to me and I did not want to continue struggling.

After finding Dr Lindsay Browning, I first read her fantastic book, and then booked 5 sessions with her to help me improve my sleep.

Lindsay has been supportive and empathetic, but also instructive and educational in her approach to helping me improve my sleep.

I can now say I'm sleeping the best I have in decades, even before the stressful four year period. My sleep quantity and quality have both improved, and I feel confident in my ability to fall asleep, and to know what to do if I have a busy mind, or do get awoken in the night by anything.

I'm confidently telling people that I'm a good sleeper now.

My improved sleep has had a big impact in all areas of my life very quickly and I feel so much better. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr Browning and her Trouble Sleeping services to anyone who isn't feeling refreshed from their sleep or is having sleep troubles.

My advice to anyone considering working with Lindsay is to follow the processes she recommends to the letter. I spoke at a well-being conference for senior police officers with Dr Browning and I was so impressed with her expertise, knowledge and approach. Anyone can set themselves up as a sleep expert, but she's the real deal - three degrees (neuroscience, psychology and a doctorate in insomnia.) Dr Browning explains things so well, gives great examples and really can help individuals and companies with this critical part of our lives.

I have just finished my last session with Dr Lindsay Browning from Trouble Sleeping. I sought Lindsay's help after many years of insomnia, but most recently a couple of years of waking at between 1am.- 4am almost every night and not getting back to sleep/feeling pretty awful with it. Lindsay spent time listening and understanding my sleep issues and through the various sessions has provided me with a structure and toolkit that now use and can use if ever I lapse again, helping break some really bad sleep habits. The results have been great - I feel so much better than I did at the start of the session, I am more well rested and do get better sleep almost all of the time but on the exceptions when I still cant get back to sleep and wake very early, I have learned how to handle them and not to worry about them as much as I had done previously. Lindsay has a really lovely approach to her sessions and I cannot recommend her enough, my only regret is not making this a priority earlier in my life.
