Upsetting. After months of being referred between different services I was refereed to these. After speaking to me Marcia told me they couldn't help me and they would be referring back to secondary where I came from.

After ringing back up a month later asking who I meant to seek help from in the meantime and was told I would get a call back. That was about a month back and I still haven't received the phone call back.

Waste of governments money in my opinion, however I do have friend who say the opposite.
