I joined the thrive program about 9 months after my father passed away,he died quite suddenly and was only 55. i was exceptionally close with him and i was depressed, frustrated, angry lacked motivation, couldn't sleep and most importantly i felt i couldn't switch my mind off.
id been to the doctors and had telephone consultations with
therapists to help with this but they all wanted me to start a course of anti depressants and i was dead set against that.
For me thrive really helped change my thought process and mentality towards myself, how i feel about myself and why. Combating negative thoughts with positives and controlling my inner beliefs was was one of the main benefits for me. Changing my internal thoughts has allowed me completely change my outlook. Garry was excellent throughout the process, he challenged me when i needed to be, was encouraging however one of the most important things is i never felt rushed and didn't have to repeat myself. He is passionate about his work and this shows in the detail and encouraged me to feel the same about the program

Life is still life, there will always be ups and downs that will never change, what has changed is my ability to cope internally and thrive whether life is up or down. Highly Recommended
