Such an amazing experience. From the check-in (thanks to Johahan, sorry for the misspelling) to the check-out, everything was perfect. We have been welcoing with a glass of Prosecco, the check-in was clear, radt and efficient. The room was spacious and the bed very confy. The history of the building is surprising.||Location is quiet good, subway very close to go anywhere. ||Thank you to all the team for this memorable moment.

Room on the mezzanine floor. 016. Booked well in advance and expecting a great room in a great hotel for 665 pounds per night. What I got is a room that you give to people you don’t like, a window facing a wall with piping and emissions from the HVAC system. The air conditioning is not well maintained, it’s indicating that the filter needs to be cleaned. This is not only poor maintenance maintenance, but also something that can easily cause health issues if not done for a long time. We all can imagine what accumulates in such filters And what happens then. This is a complete rip off, for sure at this price point, there is loads of hotels, offering way better service, fantastic rooms, and everything you would expect from a hotel that belongs to Marriott. Unfortunately, this wrong and this hotel is completely the opposite.

Great value hotel with good location in the city. Good en suite and comfortable bed. Easy to access from Bank tube station and all of the hotel staff (including Sourabh) really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We received lovely service from Sourabh on the reception desk, he was very welcoming and super helpful. The room was great, with tall ceilings, huge bed, very clean. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking stay in central London.

The building here was constructed in the 1850s and has a really breathtaking dome over the lobby. The food isn't bad in the restaurant, nor is it overpriced. They said they would text me when my room was ready, they did not. They said I would be on a certain floor, I was not. The room was nothing special, I can't really comment on it other than it was pretty large and the bed was comfortable. It was way in the back of the hotel through another elevator bank. The member of staff doing the turn down service, which I specifically said I did not want, walked in while I was taking a shower and then ran out of the room. The tub was broken. There were desiccated discarded plastic contact lenses on the carpet that I kept finding, so I guess they missed that with the vacuum. I asked for things on the app prior to arrival and in the email they send you, but got none of them, like the foam pillow etc. I asked for ice, but they never brought any, so I called again and they still never brought any. The staff was lovely but didn't actually do anything other than check me in. I'll repeat that this is probably the only hotel I've stayed at where everything the staff promised me was essentially a lie due to inaction on their part.I asked to call a taxi for a certain time, they forgot. By the end of my stay I avoided them to the best of my ability.

For the price this hotel is absolutely not worth it unless you want the convenience of being near the financial areas of the city. I was pretty disappointed.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my manager’s recent stay at your hotel. He traveled from Dubai to London and was unexpectedly transferred to another hotel, the Westin, which is significantly farther from his business meeting location. Initially, he was staying at the Autograph Hotel, which was within walking distance of the meeting.

Furthermore, upon arrival at the Westin, my manager was asked to pay additional charges, which he declined, as this was not expected after such a long flight. This situation is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I then called the property to understand what had happened and to seek a resolution. After waiting for 10 minutes on hold, the call was abruptly dropped, and the agent mentioned they could not hear me. This lack of support is highly disappointing.

The entire stay was very comfortable, the staff was attentive and helpful. Being a regular guest the Autograph Collection Hotels, I specifically enjoy the special atmosphere and design of buildings such as the Threadneedles. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring this marvelous city.

Sourabh was an amazing help, got us an upgraded room and a glass of wine 🙂 everyone was cheerful and kind. We also got there early but luckily our upgraded room was already available. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in this area of London.
