An inexperienced and rude young man who does not know how to talk to patients. I really do not know why he was hired at this medical center. After talking to him, I feel that he needs a doctor more than other patients. And he needs to be taught the etiquette of talking to a patient. After a few days of calling, no one answered my calls. Because my medicine had run out. I called at the same time and went to the medical center to find out why the phones were not answered. I wanted to know why people like me, who are sick and need medicine, were calling. I wanted to know if they were busy or if there was another reason. I did not see any reason other than that they were ignoring the calls. There was no patient there, nor was there a call in progress. All three people were unemployed and talking to each other instead of responding to patients. They treated me with rudeness, which was a sign of their lack of personality.

Staff are absolutely rude. They do not understand the meaning of professionalism. How isn’t this place shut down. Do not care for other staff and the patients. Genuinely has an effect on someone emotionally which they do not take into account. This place makes an individuals mental health worse not better do not place your loved ones in this “service”. Call themselves “nurses”. Really need to rethink their career choices and hire those who do the real job👍

My mother spent roughly a week at Zinnia Centre this month. She was suffering from psychosis and paranoia. She had never had to be detained in the past so it was her first experience. I cannot emphasise enough how professional, warm and approachable the staff are at this centre. They understand how the whole family suffers when a loved one is affected by their mental health. The heartache of seeing my mum at her worse was taking a toll on me personally. I will be forever grateful for the sincere compassion and understanding of nurse Matillda when I had a bit of a meltdown and had a cry. It meant a lot. I was at peace knowing my mother was in good hands. All the staff members on the Lavender ward were going above and beyond for the patients in their care. In less than a week the change in my mum was profound. Having gone in reluctantly, she left with immense gratitude and respect in heart for her caregivers at Zinnia. My mother was treated with so much respect and dignity at all times. I want to thank each and every individual at Zinnia for all their warmth and kindness. You are truly heroes. Thank you.

The staff are friendly and can really make a positive impact on your mental health. I was sceptical at first but sometime later I’m feeling way better and can see a change in my mental health. Thanks again guys
