Shambles of a place. Sent away once, told there was nothing ‘wrong’ with my child, only to ask for a second opinion and to be told he has ADHD after testing and assessments. Now currently have no named workers and hasn’t since his last one switched roles in-house. Reports left in draft with nobody looking at them or actioning on them for five months, have to remind workers to make referrals... Manager even fails to correspond. No support in place for olmost five months, not making appointments with prescribing doctors, so medications cannot be altered... the place is a mess. The only one star I give is for the poor reception and admin staff who have to answer the phones to the people needing answers and support for their child who needs them.

Updated : after having to complain about matters things improved significantly. Waiting times are still too long for our children... However, the service and support dr the doctors and other staff has been vastly improved. Seems they're turning things around.

Another update : seems the service has gone down hill again and children are again being left at detriment due to incompetent staff who also breach confidentiality and others who simply can't be bothered investigating a complaint about it, and then there's those who don't know how to manage a subject access request.

Another of my children have been left without medication since being requested in about May.... also leaving him at detriment.

Poorly managed and a total hell hole of a place.

No wonder children are being failed in Manchester.

Another update : service has gone down again.
