Koula is an amazing psychologist! A different approach to therapy to really focus on the root cause and how to work with the here and now was an unconventional approach to therapy I have not even considered let alone be open to but one that has turned my life around for the better! Koula is really personable, listens and shares insights and snippets that can be understood. The quirky videos and homework really add a different spin and each session made me walk away reflecting on the session and how to incorporate the new learnings in my daily life. Koula is amazing and I would highly recommend her services!
