We went to visit my dad and found the staff friendly , helpful and caring towards ourselves and Dad. The whole place was clean and and the staff were professional and kind and unlike many places very much in evidence. We had no difficulty parking and were allowed to bring in my small Maltese to meet my Dad. What can I say but thank you and well done.`

Can’t speak for all wards, but I’d like to feedback that I think rosewood ward do an amazing job. Staff I encountered when visiting a relative were kind, compassionate and accommodating. Thankyou to all the staff on rosewood who cared for my mother during her time there.

The care here is non existent. The staff are rude and uncaring. The discharges are hurried and unsafe. I had no option but to give one star but this is not deserved. I am a retired nurse with 40 years experience and I have been traumatised by the care (or lack of care) my 87 year old mother with dementia received here. Avoid allowing your loved one to go here if at all possible. CQC need to get in there to do an unannounced visit as soon as possible. Absolutely appalling.

I would like to thank all the staff for the care and respect they gave to her .

Staff are lovely with the patients. My son has been there 3 weeks and his care has been brilliant.
The only thing I would ask is if any improvements are to be made in the building it would be for wet room/s for the people who are unable for whatever reason to use a bath.

Took a family member for an appointment but couldn't park the car due to the ridiculously small car park grounds and surrounding roads. Unless you drive a very small car, you have not chance of parking. Absolutely ridiculous in the 21st century.

I am absolutely disgusted and so upset with how myself and my sister were treated earlier by the staff on the Saffron Ward. We were there for nearly an hour arguing about seeing our nana and still never got to see her, because we hadn't booked. Myself, my sister and other family members have rang and rang and had no answer, so how are we booking? The staff are unbelievably rude

My aunt recently stayed at this facility. I recently found out off my mother how my aunt was treated. My aunt is in her 90s and was left feeling very embarrassed about her situation. I am totally appalled how any care worker could leave any person in such a state. I definitely would not recommend this place. This needs to be investigated. I am wondering how many other families have gone through this.
