this place is so cute! 4 floors of stuff to look at, the first being the biggest and most impressive. i thought the numerous christmas trees for december were such a cute touch. the woman at the front desk was very friendly. the only reason it’s not 5 stars is i got through it all in less than 30 minutes which is a bit quick for a $12 (discounted) ticket.

Definitely a must-visit locaction while you're in Hollywood.

Probably the best value for any ticket you'll get at $15 to see a bunch of interesting memorabilia and learn a bit of history along the way.

I get some of the comments that a bit more detail on some pieces might be nice, but with the volume of stuff they have I can't blame them for not getting to it all. 🙂

A great museum with a few different levels with different screen used costumes, props and vehicles.

Nice and cheap to get in and will take about an hour or two to fully complete. Some great items and history shown in here!

Don’t judge a book by its cover - go inside and discover 1000s of original costumes, props, jewellery and anything else you can think of to do with movies. Every space is occupied and yet it does not seem crowded - everything is given respect - add this onto your list, get your camera ready and have a great time!!

It is worth a visit because of a historical building and original rooms. The museum itself is very chaotic and outdated. Provided information is not systematic, I read everything but didn’t get a clear picture about the history of the Hollywood.

It's kind of a hodge podge collection of stuff but there's some really cool stuff and lots of photos. Looooved the basement. Would like to have seen just wax or animatromic Hannibal instead of a picture on a body lol but! The staff is wonderful.

I started to geek out a little bit with all the memorabilia they have. Loved the Lucille Ball and Marilyn Monroe items plus the Bauman Ruby Slippers #2

Don't be fooled by the dated website. If you are into older Hollywood memorabilia, then this is the place for you. And it's not crazy-expensive. Movie & TV memorabilia, Max Factor makeup history, and Joseff jewelry history. 3 floors plus basement. The main floor takes the most time, the other 3 go pretty quickly (fewer pictures and less to read). Great fun.
