Hayley's approach is always completely holistic, thorough and with my needs at the center of her treatment plan. She puts me at ease and I feel completely relaxed throughout my treatments. I came to Hayley numerous times when pregnant, and since giving birth and her approach and support has been nothing but above and beyond. I can't recommend her enough!

The most heavenly treatment. Hayley was very professional and clearly explained what the treatment would involve. Then it was 45 minutes of pure bliss. I would definitely recommend reflexology and will be returning. The Health Barn is also a wonderful and calm environment.

I had a floatation session today for the first time, I had no idea what to expect. Chris was lovely and explained everything so simply. My experience was so good, I loved that weightless experience and the sensation of the water. I chose to have it pitch black with the sound of the ocean. I thoroughly recommend giving it a go.

What a truly beautiful and calming place!
Chis is a beautiful lady, I had reflexology and what felt like a therapy session.
So wonderful and relaxing. I think I made a friend 🙂 I can't wait for my next treatment

This was my first time at the Health Barn. I'd had the pleasure of experiencing one of these flotation pods in New Zealand. So when I found out that the Health Barn had them I was excited, as they are amazing. I get claustrophobic , but do not struggle at all in these pods. I was running late, and was so looking forward to and needing my float session. I found the staff at the Health Barn to be very friendly, calming and understanding. Oliver was great, he has a very calming persona, and gives you clear guidance through everything . The atmosphere here is embracing, calming and caring. I loved being greeted by their precious furbaby ( dog ) as I'm very pro animal. I'd recommend the floatation pod to everyone. It is amazing, it's almost like being embraced in a womb like experience. It takes me about 10 minuets to get rid of
normal neck pain and strain, and then I zone out. It calms your mind and body while the Epsom salts / magnesium treats all your deep set in aches and pains. It's also a great treatment for hair and skin. I will be back when next on holiday in the lakes

A treat to myself which did not disappoint. Oliver chatted through the experience and provides full information necessary to enjoy the experience. Then I was left to experience the flotation tank. First time user, I thought I would have the lid up and lights on. Before the music stopped I had the lid down and lights off and just relaxed in the water. Difficult to explain. If I moved, I knew I was floating in water. If I didn't, I was just floating! The sound of the water if I moved, was at times comforting and at times a distraction. I stayed still and tried to keep my mind focused on breathing. Truly relaxing experience.
