Noting the contrived recent feedback left, bizarre. Not a person centred approach by Be Well. One size fits all approach, don’t really listen and trying to get as many people signed up as possible for funding purposes. Huge waiting list. Don’t tell you that until you’ve agreed. Bogus services

They lost a lot of personal information on people and are pretending to be bothered ! I'm not even sure how they gather this information? But they are coming across as a bunch of amateurs who don't know what they see doing. This letter of mine will be binned and as for the offer of credit monitoring, it sounds like something they want to sign you up for with no doubt a charge after the first 12 months. They need a damn good spanking in the way of a financial fine of the Government it then again they are probably run. by some ex cabinet member which would make perfect sense going of this government record for corruption.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing,”

I write this review, not for the Big life group but for, Andy (Be well service); an individual in which I am in regular contact.

Following many of my struggles over the past 2 months; Andy has been to me like sunshine on a rainy day ☀️

He is empathetic, he listens and above, remains professional. He doesn't judge and provides solutions for my forever increasing problems.

Many weeks I find myself isolated, alone and gaslighted by the support networks available for individuals in trauma, such as myself; however, I can always rely on Andy. One of the few treasures left in the chaos that is our country 🇬🇧 Credit where due 🙏

Company got hacked, took over 6 months to inform people. Clearly no regard to the safety of data they hold. Should be fined for data breach due to having SHOCKING cyber security measures in place. Bunch of amateurs who have skimped and saved for profiteering rather than safety.

Someone's hacked them and there solution is 12 free month of credit checking email isn't an actual email either 😕 it was hacked in June 2023 why has it took 6 months to contact people

Edit: copying and pasting the same answer to every review isn't at all helpful end of the day you took 6 months to inform people
