We recently used The Autism Service for an ADHD assessment for our 17 year daughter and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the team so much for their very efficient service from start to finish. The waiting time was just the right amount and allowed us time to prepare documentation, notes etc and we felt very looked after during the whole process. The on-line assessment was handled very carefully and allowed our daughter to be involved as much as she could manage but without applying too much pressure and we as parents felt very listened to. I had a really good experience with The Autism Service and received my daughter's diagnosis and full report within 4.5 weeks of first contacting to enquire about booking.

The customer service team were always really friendly and prompt in replies and extremely helpful.

The three professionals who conducted the assessments were fantastic (and two also worked within the NHS doing assessments for autism too which filled me with confidence).

The report is so thorough and detailed and I like that they observed my daughter both in a clinic and at nursery as some clinics I look at only assess over zoom which I don't think can give a true reflection of your child.

I was also given loads of really helpful feedback and advice on what to do going forwards for my daughter which I appreciated it and given suggestions on adjustments her nursery can make etc.

They contacted me quickly with all the information required and the expected timeline. The clinicians were fantastic, empathetic and put me at ease. On recieving the diagnosis they were incredibly supportive with a excellent report and set of recommendations. They made me feel very positive about my neurodiversity and new identity. The diagnosis followed NICE guidelines and all aspects of this was explained to me. I genuinely felt like I was in the hands of experts I cannot thank Helena and Sophie enough.
