I could not be more grateful for these free ADHD coaching sessions. I have found them invaluable and enlightening. Having someone with expert knowledge has really helped me to develop new coping strategies and given me the strength that I needed to move forward following my diagnosis.

Fantastic experience at Atrium Clinic.
To be able to speak to someone about any issues you may be experiencing and then be given tools to deal with those mental health issues is simply amazing.
Not all but some of these tools have worked for me and can honestly say if you stick to them they work !
