Having the most amazing experience at the ART Academy. I can't believe how much I'm enjoying it. I can't wait for each Monday when my new class starts I'm doing a 15 week introductory to art 10 am -4 pm . I absolutely can't get enough. The people are amazing there's a little coffee shop in the corner And another little place where you can buy any materials that you may need. This really has opened up my world and brought a lot of Happiness to my life I'm already planning on doing a years course next year starting in September. 😃

What a fabulous academy. I started my course here as a complete novice. Hadn’t done any art since school! Quite some time ago. With the help of everyone working with Claire I actually managed to get a Diploma level 2. Even covid didn’t manage to stop me😀
I can’t recommend Art Academy East enough. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Just completed the Beginners Water Colour Floral Painting Course. Excellent tuition, facilities and plus met a great bunch of friendly people. Loved it now to get painting! Wouldn’t hesitate to book another course. Recommend anyone to give it a go.👍😁

I've just completed a 3 week watercolour florals course and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were taken through some basic techniques then taught how to apply them to our paintings. The tutor was brilliant - very knowledgeable and made everything easy to follow. The atmosphere was really friendly and relaxed - I will definitely be back to do another course.

After attending a one off session at AAE I was overwhelmed with how at ease and happy I felt in the studio. So much so I signed up for the Level 2 Diploma course. Claire and her team delivered the most engaging and inspiring course and I now have three sketchbooks bursting with work that I'm really proud of and a Level 2 Diploma Distinction! I would highly recommend Art Academy East for all levels and abilities.

It gives me great pleasure to express what a wonderful experience it was to be in such a happy, inclusive and rewarding atmosphere with like minded people, striving to create works of art, which I had limited knowledge of before I started with Art Academy East. I recently completed the How to paint contemporary coastal scenes in Acrylic which I absolutely loved. I hadn’t used acrylics before but the teaching was fantastic. Classes are really relaxed and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend Art Academy East

I stumbled upon Art Academy East by accident and was shocked that more people don’t know about this fantastic art school. The level of support and encouragement given when I did my level 2 was second to none. The relaxed friendly atmosphere really made it a lovely place to be - a studio of dreams! Sadly covid struck and took it all away from me but I know I want to go back. Claire is so friendly and knowledgeable alongside all the other staff there. I went from not ever painting to painting photo realism in a matter of months! Try it - you won’t regret it!
