I had an excellent first term with the Actor's Lounge in Cambridge. I came in at level 2A. It's been great experience. The tutors are amazing. They give good feedback and are always encouraging the best out of us. I thoroughly recommend the Actor's Lounge.

Best drama class I have ever signed up to in Norwich. Amazing atmosphere and a lovely group of people to work with.

The more the sessions, the more you grow as an actor with confidence and presence. I have learnt better techniques than when I was in drama classes in my final year at High School.

If you want to get into acting, then I highly recommend The Actor's Lounge. The tutors are welcoming and helpful with your journey on obtaining your full potential as a performer.

I joined the Norwich branch earlier in the year. Jacqueline and Jess are brilliant tutors and they foster a supportive atmosphere. I am with a lovely group of people of all ages who are also extremely supportive as well as fun. We have all improved our acting skills along with becoming familiar with different techniques. Whether you are acting already or a beginner, and are looking for a place to improve as well as have fun, The Actors Lounge in Norwich is the place for you.

Absolutely love The Actors Lounge, it has helped me grow so much, so far and I know I'm going to grow more in the next terms just because of how amazing the course is and the tutors! I have met some wonderful people on my course who have helped me build my confidence as well as being life long friends. I am becoming an actor who just does it, this course has helped me to propel myself into an audition for a theatre production, after years of no confidence after a bad audition when I was a child, and I got the role I wanted! The Actor's Lounge provides excellent quality tuition in a supportive group atmosphere. There is no hyper-fixation on one method or school of acting. The emphasis is always on practicality - drawing from various approaches to find what works.

The core teacher we had in Cambridge was Robyn Holdaway. They were 100% dedicated, encouraging and precise in identifying what was/wasn't working in each scene, and how to refine our performances over time.

Overall, a thoroughly worthwhile experience. Highly recommended.

Well, what a truly amazing year it has been since joining The Actor's Lounge. I am still on a high since completing the second term (1b) at TAL Cambridge. Our group has grown together over the past 2 terms, so much so that it feels like family. The world can make some of us introverted, quiet and hidden but truly talented teachers like Tom, Robyn and Abigail instill so much confidence. It certainly has been transformational, fun, full of laughter, emotional, spiritual and truthful. We're very fortunate to have The Actor's Lounge in Cambridge as there's nothing remotely close to the service that they provide. Many other courses are shorter and more expensive. The acting coaching is brilliant but it is so much more than that. You get to meet many different people, share in their experiences and their energy. And you learn a lot about yourself.

Attended the 1A level class in Canterbury this term and loved it. Always intended to do just one term, but have now signed up to continue. A really great group of people to work with, helpful tutors and it was a great experience to see all groups performing in the showcase.

Having just completed the 10 week beginners course in Stratford-upon-Avon, I already can't wait for the next one!
The Actor's Lounge provides a safe space for adults of all abilities to learn more about a craft they love. Our core teacher Nia guided us with passion and support, teaching us to lean into our instincts and dive deeper into scenes, instilling confidence as well as making the experience incredibly fun!
A great place for people to come together and work on something they love, can't recommend The Actor's Lounge enough!
