If I could give zero stars I would. These people that work here are rude and very uncaring! They don’t care about anyone or even listen! They cut the phone off even if you get upset because no one is listening to you. No wonder suicide is high in Telford!

This is by far the worse place to go if you need help. Since Iv been with them they have made A conscious effort to make sure that I’m as ill as possible. Zero decorum. Zero empathy. Stunned that these people are allowed to work with vulnerable adults.

I have just been partially discharged after treatment for severe PTSD. A very difficult time. But Brendan persevered. It has changed my life I feel physically and mentally so much better. I still have work to do, to get my life back but I am less frightened in dealing with any further issues. Brendan has been fantastic always supportive and very helpful, a real Gentleman. Thank you

I waited over a year for this appointment to get gaslighted in my appointment, left feeling 10X worse than I did going in. It would be lovely to speak to people who genuinely cared.

Came on the 17th August to my partners medication review after being promised help and support unfortunately everything that was promised has not happened was promised by the advanced pharmacist that she would write to my partners doctor which she hasn't after ringing every day from the 17th to the 29th August to be told she hasn't done it then to be promised on three different occasions that the receptionist would follow it up and phone me back again hasn't happened people here should be very ashamed of the way they treat patients now I have 0%trust in this service if I could of given 0 stars I would fell totally let down by both the advanced pharmacist and the community mental health nurse

After recent being sectioned there job was to follow up they made excuses and didnt visit then waited an hour after that they sent me away i have been through emotional period event do not recommend at ll they exploit amd bully rather than care fully

Would rate 0 stars worst admin team and 6 month waiting list regardless of how serious your mental health is.. honestly just think they want people to kill themselves to save them work
