I had about 10 counselling sessions with Sarah and I couldn't recommend her enough. I immediately felt at ease with her and she was so easy to talk to. I also loved the set up - as she does her sessions from a cosy pod in her garden so it's peaceful and discrete. I came out of every session much more positive than what I went in and I've been truly inspired by Sarah.

Sarah has helped my partner when the NHS services let him down. He’s only had a few sessions so far but she’s been wonderful and a total breath of fresh air compared to the “help” he’s had in the past.
