Shelley was an amazing therapist who always had the time of day. I cannot thank her enough for the time and support she provided to me throughout the sessions. I do not know where I would be now if it was not for her! Thank you

I had several sessions here with Shelley, fantastic service from an amazing person !!!
3 sessions gave me the answers I had searched for, for years and then a few more sessions to enable me to move forward.
Can't sing her and the service enough praise.

I had to visit talk works after become extremely low with low self esteem and feeling really sad . I have been seeing Shelley Callaghan over a three month period and she is amazing she let me talk and she listened, at the end of a session I would go away feeling I did have a choice I didn’t have to do everything for everyone else and to do things that I wanted to do , she made me realise I have a choice in all aspects of life and that ‘choice is mine’ I can’t thank Shelley enough I’ve definitely turned my life around. X

My experience with talk works started with a feeling of appreciation, I wasn't comfortable talking about myself. However after just 20 mins I actually started enjoying the discussions and a feeling of weight lifting from my body. My tutor was very engaging and seemed genuinly interested in my situation, he made the experience a good one. I never thought I would look forward to these once a week sessions but I did, thank you....

Absolutely amazing therapy sessions with Rob i was so stressed out abd never suffered fron anxiety in my life he reassure me ans i spoke about things i have never spoke to anyone before Rob hekped me with grieving too the roon and tree of life in his room made me feel at ease straight away. The explained why things happen like this sometimes in life and i feel so much better and in control of things that happen now.
