Me and my mum always had a great time working with Danny for over a year now .His plans are simple to follow and the training is always exciting, fun and challenging. His new gym is clean good atmosphere . He always keep eye on every one to workout correctly I definitely Would highly recommend.

I have been lucky enough to find Danny as a PT over the last couple of years and was so pleased when he set up this gym. Great inclusive small and large group classes which accommodate every level of ability and run in a very welcoming venue with enthusiastic, knowledgable trainers. We "train with a smile"! Would recommend to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey!

Absolutely love the training sessions down at T3. All ages & ability’s, everyone is so welcoming and supportive with each other and all classes are tailored to suit everybody. Over the last year I have been so much more focused on my training and this is mainly down to the people and support here at T3 💪🏼 can’t recommend Danny and the team enough

I go to the small group 9.15am pt sessions. I love it ! friendly instructors who explain everything to you. There is no pressure and you all work at your own ability. Different excersizes every class so always something new to learn. I feel very comfortable and no one judges anyone ! all shapes,sizes and ages welcome ! it's a no brainer from me ! looking forward to my pt class in the morning 🌄
