Once you’ve been to one class you want to come to them all! Such a lovely calm environment surrounded by the kindest purest of hearts. No judgement just pure love. Saved me in a dark time with post natal depression, the best teachers Laura and Mellissa who run the mamma and mini classes. Been coming since my first born who still comes with me, she’s 3 and my 6 month old boy. The only downfall is there isn’t one every day haha! Thankyou for creating this space Laura. It’s truly wonderful x

Beautiful studio. Personal touch from Laura makes the experience more than just another yoga or Pilates class. Laura takes the time to get to know people- and you can tell all the teachers take time to plan the sessions perfectly. So happy to have found this studio I travel from glossop and it’s so worth it! The teachers are friendly and I always feel comfortable. The yoga classes are always so varied and the fitness classes are tough and I’ve really seen a difference in my body and I’m much stronger 🩷

I have been attending various classes at sunshine and soul for a good while now. The classes are fantastic and my regular classes are taught by Katie (Mon) & Laura (Wed) The studio is a little haven in Stalybridge and I feel lucky to have on my doorstep. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try - the room is full of lovely welcoming people and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Whilst there are wonderful physical benefits the mental benefits are amazing and I walk out as if I am walking on air. It’s incredible the change that can happen in an hour 🙏

If you enjoy yoga it's a place you want to be! I've tried quite a few studios in a past few years and that's the best I've found in the UK. Plus mama & baby classes are absolute joy 🤍

After struggling with confidence to get back to exercise Laura’s PT sessions really helped me. Laura is supportive and made the sessions fun & at my pace. I then had the confidence to try the beginners yoga course which was just bliss! A lovely studio with no judgement, attracting lots of ‘like minded women’ to better their health.

Sunshine and Soul is my happy place. Laura makes you feel so welcome, and her warm candlelit yoga is my favourite, I always leave feeling like I'm floating on a cloud, there's no feeling like it. I would recommend anyone to come and try a class - this is a genuinely judgement free studio where even as someone who is rubbish at yoga (me) and the most inflexible person feels comfortable and welcome.

I attend Sunshine & Soul studio most Sunday mornings. I have always found Laura to be warm welcoming & approachable. She has the most amazing way of guiding you through your yoga/pilates practice.
