I wouldn’t even give 1 star but there’s no option for that! Sudden community mental health team are an actual joke. My partner has been with them for just short of a year and has now been discharged from them because apparently his ‘standards are to high for there service’ we have both been begging them for help for months and even more so after we lost his father and we got nothing from them. They don’t provide an appropriate service for people with mental health and they surely don’t care. An example of this is my partner is extremely suicidle however Claire says this is not a crisis, He was also put on a waiting list for counselling which was 34 weeks long and then they sit there and wonder why people commit suicide. We aren’t the only people having trouble with this service as of the other reviews there is, something needs to change and quickly.If your unfortunate to get Sarah Hartley or Claire as your worker your better of alone then with them.
I could go on and on about how they let everyone down but if your unfortunate to end up under this team you’ll see for yourself.

If I could rate....

-50000000000000000000000000000000001 star's it would not be enough! This service is the most shambolic waste of money EVER ALLOCATED in the history of monetary allocation! From reception to psychiatrist (Pahahaha don't make me laugh) they are shocking. That is the best compliment I can give without being negative.......... Need mental health help? Leave Rochdale!

Keep trying to contact by phone. Every time there is a recorded message saying all lines busy, try again, then the line cuts off. This is supposed to be a service for people with mental health issues. Where's the empathy in that ? Not good enough

Absolute joke of a service, very bad attitudes and people skills, extremely slow at getting new patients in front of a doctor, make up lies to deny service, good luck if you are unfortunate enough to be a patient with this so called CMHT
