The General Mental Health Team of Stratford Upon Avon while originally appeared helpful, it has become aparant they only cared about promoting their 'compassion focus therapy' forward instead of considering any alternatives. When I disagreed and voiced being unable too they discharged me even when knowing that I am in a very dark place. When my GP tried to re-refer me to them, their receptionist was rude and made it clear they have no intention of helping me due to my physical health and tried to send me to a 'paid for service' instead. (Even though they know I am not financially able.)

Dr Dryhurst is a lovely , helpful Dr that LISTENS and works in a collaborative way. The reception staff and secretary are seemingly working together too. Refreshing and helpful to experience.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star if I could. My son has been in there system since he was 3 and has slipped through every crack because of staffing he's nearly 10. It's disgusting
