Really lovely staff and doctor really understanding.

Dont know why it has such low scores?

Only had 1 issue with the woman who originally took my first call for the hour to explain our situation/life, she was arrogant.

But once in with doctor was a huge relief and we have had a very positive experience.

Thank you to reception all staff who have worked extra to help us (especially Ms. Clarke) when needed and also the doctor not sure if i can mention her or not? I’ll come back once i know i can mention her name.
