My recent experience from this surgery was very poor. The behaviour from the receptionist’s specially the male staff was very rude. Even though I had serious medical problems he did not give me an appointment to see a doctor . Instead he has arranged a visit with practice nurse. She hasn’t taken my problems seriously and completely ignored. I tried to see a Doctor for 3 weeks and failed . Because of her negligence I ended up in hospital and went through a major surgery. It could have been avoided if it was dealt in time. I wish no one else will have my experience in the future.

Would be better if this doctors maid a car park on the green less that 10 seconds away from the surgery instead of us that live on the street never being able to park on the street due to there staff and patients ignore no parking sighns and rude when asked to not park outside people's property its just a joke now as some of the recidents on the street have had cars damaged or stollen due to not being able to park outside there own homes that have cameras

Just wanted to add a positive review in regards to Julie, I believe she is a nurse at the practice in the evenings. I was referred over from Ashton GP who never seem to be able to accommodate specific appointments. Julie was absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable and understanding, filled with compassion and empathy. She is a humongous asset to your practice, can not sing her praises loud enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience Julie and for going above and beyond!

Worse reception service
My son is one year old he have milk allergy and prescribed special milk ,which is not available locally dr release prescription then surgery takes 3-5 days to deliver ,the receptionist asking her questions and not release the prescription, finally she only send 400 ml which is only for three days ,this is the worse service ,receptionist should follow the dr prescribed prescription should not harass the patients…my one year old baby was hungry 2 days , so receptionists should not behave like a investigating officer she should follow the dr /gp and hospital children’s specialists prescribe prescriptions

At this moment in time I am recovering after quite a serious in the Stamford house unit at the hospital. I Have Nothing But praise
,thanks and gratitude, for our wonderful Nhs. The team of International members ,from across the world, have studied hard for years, and dedicated their lives, to saving lives, and healing
the sick.
In return,we should support them at all times.

Seen medical professional not a doctor was told antibiotics were needed 24 hours later still awaiting antibiotics as the medical profession forgot to send prescription. Told this morning the prescription would be sent to doctor and they would ask for urgent signiture still waiting for prescription. This surgery used to be so good definitely going downhill.

If I could give below one star I would. Have been with this surgery since 10 years and each year its becoming worst and worst. I don't know where to start, the receptionists are rude, everytime it's a new doctor, Dr's lack professionalism, treat mental health like a joke, sometimes we have the impression that they don't even know what they are doing. You need to calling in each time to know if you results are here and the receptionists make you feel that you are disturbing them. Also they talk to you with an air of superiority. I honestly doubt the professionalism of those doctors. There is only one female Doctor who is nice, and if she is not here in that day please be prepare to be disappointed.

Oh, if you are told to take a urine sample, please don't use the surgery toilet. It's so dirty, wet floor, stink and no Handwash.

Anyway I have dicided to change surgery. Won't stay there any more.

Really good gp surgery! The reception staff are always helpful and friendly! The doctors seem nice and the nurses are lovely! I have a really bad phobia of needles, I book in to see the same nurse each time I need a blood test as she is so understanding, patient and reassuring! Happy that this is my gp surgery and would definitely recommend! 🙂
