If I give give this service no stars, I would. I have had only two appointments (the first one being 2018) in the space of a year. On the 2nd appointment, I was forgotten about and left in the waiting room for hours, apparently the receptionists hadn't told her that I was there, wether this is a lie or not, I am unsure. I have since been trying to get in touch with them to make an appointment, left numerous messages asking to book in, only to be let down time and time again. I have had absolutely no response and I feel like I have been massively let down by the service.
I feel like I have been left high and dry and to deal with things on my own, which is an absolutely disgraceful. I hit total rock bottom not so long ago and tried to do something stupid whilst my husband was away on holiday, luckly a neighbour came to my rescue. If it hadn't been for the help from not only my neighbour, but also my husband, I would not be here today. I am so frustrated by this service by the lack of help that I have received. I still need help, but I will not use this service ever again! I will be seeking services elsewhere. I will also be putting in a formal complaint once I figure out who I need to contact.
