He's great at fixing up athletes who've been hurt before or who are currently dealing with injuries. James makes each session just right for what you need. James has been a fantastic help and I would highly recommend him.
I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and have been suffering for some time with injuries that wouldn’t heal fully and felt that nothing was working.
James is great at taking the time to explain things to me, he takes the time to work out movement strengthening exercises I can do that also take into account the complication of other existing injuries (& new ones!) as-well as other conditions I have. He has great patience and understanding and supports general wellbeing alongside rehabilitation to help you stay positive. Would highly recommend him 🙂

I came across James when looking for someone to do a sports massage for my son who is a amateur boxer. James is very knowledgable and experienced therapist who made my son who also has ADHD feel relaxed and comfortable. My son came out with all his aches gone.
