Supporting the other two most recent reviews the Wellbeing Hub 'concerns' me. I took someone I support to an event, and they were collecting personal data on the door, in a non GDPR secure way. Told them twice to modify their methods and they didn't. Complained, no reply. They cannot be trusted with people's data, I wouldn't trust them with anyone's mental health.

They should changed their name to the fob off hub. Not very good in helping my daughter. I see all the good reviews are posted years ago. Not as good as it use to be!

They like to pass the buck, like most organistations sending you here and there and so you end up giving up and thats how its set up especially if you need specific help that you are unable to do yourself!
