I had a bad childhood and was brought up in fostercare. It left me with severe mental health and mental trauma I'll never recover from and every day i have intrusive thoughts about hurting myself or someone else or worst sometimes they get so bad i wonder if il snap and go along with these thoughts that i want gone i dont want to but their so bad and intense but the mental health team don't even care and get out of treating me by saying "we don't know how to help him". Its easy to get fobbed off all they have to do is declare you mentally competent and leave you to deal with your own illness in silence.

When you try to explain how bad the intrusive thoughts are to these professionals and how much your suffering they'll twist your words to make it suit them either but calling the police and say you've threatened someone or you have a gun or weapon when you just trying to explain the intrusive thoughts your having or call or tell you to call a ambulance if they cant be bothered to deal with your ongoing or acute crisis.

If the HTT or IRH cant be bothered to help you they'll try and push you into saying something that they can use as a reason for not dealing with you or treating you or if that doesn't work they'll say you have capacity we dont know how to help you.

If they think you need a voluntary hospital admission but lotus assessment suite say they cant offer you any support or your to high risk they will just use that as a reason not to deal with you even though that statement in itself means you should be able to go straight onto a ward.

And if they community team think you need home treatment team but they say we cant or don't know how to support you they won't acknowledge that means you need to go straight onto a ward.

Whatever you say to this trust in my experience they will twist it to suit their agenda.

It really isnt the fault of the mentally ill that they decided to sell off most of Springfield university hospital.

In furtherance when placed on a section 136 the trust will take advantage of the metropolitan Police and waste their time taking officers off the street to watch patients need assesing by a AMHP when asoon as the patient arrives at the hospital the trust should call a agency RMN (Nurse) to watch you and allow the MPS to hand you over instead of using police time to do a MH nurses job, i assume they do this to save money fron thier own pocket.

They have even made two new specially designes MH assessment rooms with a specially designed toilet to accommodate for the s136 patients in st goerges A&E when they could of used the money they made from selling off the hospital to expand the S136 suite.

Once when i was in one of the worst crisis of my life the psychiatrist contacted my probation officer to out on my license condition not to enter Springfield or the wilson denying me any kind of help, He even writ a letter to the court before i went prison stating i need a very lengthy sentence presumably so he would have one less complex case to deal with and the trust and probation service allowed these requests.

The most appalling inadequately trained staff I've ever spoken to or dealt with. Was completely unsupported by crisis line call handlers, unsympathetic cmht and totally unprofessional, unqualified people. I was treated appallingly by a doctor. He admitted his wrong doings. I told the cmht and the crisis line and three people excused and justified his abuse and tried to make me own up to accepting his mistakes and maltreatment and take the blame for something wrong he chose to do! This is absurd. You guys need to step up and look after your vulnerable patients! Not take advantage! Just because someone is mentally ill doesn't mean they deserve to be treated badly and blamed for it.

Twickenham Recovery and Support Team: the team manager is not professional, ignores emails and refused to do anything (letters for example) to help. The Duty Worker did not call me back, despite knowing (from the day before) about my suicidality. Other people asked them to call me back urgently. I also emailed the team and team manager. None of them called me back and helped me. The Crisis Line couldn't help me (besides asking TRST to call me) as I was under TRST from Mondays to Fridays, 9 to 5pm.
The complaint service is not impartial. They just read the clinicians' notes and side with the team.
The Trust does not care about the patients. Some staff members should not work with vulnerable people as they are making them feel even more worthless.

To say the Trust is corrupt would be an understatement. When I child makes a complaint with clear supporting evidence, every attempt is made to bury it and dismiss the complainant. Staff accounts are rewritten to suit the narrative chosen by the Trust. These are members of staff that effects individuals and families safety and well-being on a daily basis. These are people who should be able to be trusted to give opinion in a court of law about an individual's wellbeing or risk. If the (ironically named) Trust can abuse children's right to be heard in such a manner makes you incredibly fearful for the many vulnerable adults and children who are forced.to use this service. When patients can be heard and staff cannot be held accountable for provable misconduct and abuse then the future is bleak and worrying. We need to be able to have faith and belief in services that are paid (especially by the public purse) to care for our most vulnerable at their most vulnerable. I am writing this post now just as a warning bit as a marker that at some point someone will get to the bottom of what is happening with patient wellbeing and staff misconduct in the Trust and I highlight that this isn't a future problem, it is a "now" problem. Stage safe and best wishes if you or you child unfortunately require these services.
