I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Heidi. She is very talented and extremely knowledgeable and able to pin point exactly what you need. When you are with Heidi you really feel as though you are in a safe space. After 6 sessions I now feel I have to tools to help me cope with the anxiety I was feeling. Thoroughly recommend.

Heidi is exceptional at what she does! I found Heidi when I was at a very low point after losing my son. I felt
I couldn’t help myself and needed something more. Tentatively I reached out and Heidi contacted me straight away and put me at ease. Heidi is amazing!
I booked a 6 session package to overcome JEALOUSY. It had affected my life and relationships for way too many years! (Around 30 years 😮) I Would avoid fun places and halt enjoying life because of it 😔After 6 sessions my anxiety is rarely there, I’m now going places I wouldn’t have normally gone, my marriage is healthier, my outlook on life is much happier. Obviously you can’t scrub out 30 years of a bad habit in 6 weeks! But I’m certainly on a new path and have mindset for a positive future. I will miss my sessions with Heidi! She is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her 😀
