We enjoyed our first aid course, which isn't something that can be said for a lot of courses! Phil was a welcoming and informative instructor, and made sure the skills we learned could be applied to real life situations which we could encounter, rather than just showing us the basics to 'tick a box'. He also included elements of pediatric first aid (which weren't included in the course),which was so useful and important.

Thank you very much for an excellent course which I found very worthwhile, not just from the point of view of HSE compliance, but more importantly as a potentially life-saving addition to my skills.
