Talking Therapies helped me a lot. I had help with several things from some amazing people. The problem i have is communication is non existent. You’re told to ring the number should you need any help but to this day, I’ve never been able to get hold of anyone. I became ill with the flu and tried my hardest to attend my appointment on the day, however I knew I couldn’t make it and tried to cancel with enough time. The number wouldn’t even call out so had to resort to emailing, this is tricky in itself as no one ever replies to emails even if you ask for a reply to make sure they’ve received it. I felt like I completely let the person down who was helping me even though I was ill. I’ve now had to cancel all my sessions because I can’t deal with the stress of trying to get hold of anyone if I need help. It’s annoyed me greatly because I was only just getting help with OCD. Even after cancelling and requesting a reply from someone; I’ve heard absolutely nothing from anyone. The communication needs addressing assp.

An absolute joke, got re-referred then because cbt doesn't deal with bpd they close my case without telling me, not only that, they won't allow to come back and get medication from psychologist at Shrewsbury drs. But hey ppl are dying because professional Like you let us down!!
