We have very nice place to have training place, we almost have all the equipments there thanks to our director. We have very experienced care staff with us which makes our work so easy, they got easy and effective style of work and they are helpful. I have been using their services for many many years. I am a bedbound with Tracheostomy & Feed Peg . I can not speak so it is very challenging to meet my needs, but thanks to their carers and staff members for looking after my needs as a family member. I can not thank enough for their generous help. Let me spill the tea on Shreeji Inc. – a company that claims to offer care but seriously lacks any understanding or decency. Dealing with them for the last 3 weeks has been a hot mess and left me seriously angry and uncomfortable, especially when it comes to how they handle people who are dealing with mental health issues.

Firstly, their whole deal with sending different caregivers all the time, even pregnant women, to help out someone with a history of trauma – it's like they're playing musical chairs with emotions. It's not only annoying but also shows a complete lack of respect for building trust with someone who's been through some heavy stuff.

And don't even get me started on how they handle showers, because I can talk from experience. My mum, who rang up with serious concerns about the lack of quality in the care given to her, was told that her concerns are not an emergency and will not be addressed until Jan 3rd 2024.

This poor woman, who is already dealing with mental health issues, and is recovering from Neurosurgery, is forced to strip off in front of different people.

It's beyond messed up and seriously insensitive. She had the same carer for months and all of a sudden they've changed and shown their true, heinous colours - after she had developed a working relationship with this one carer.

For this reason, I think Shreeji have removed my mum from that carer's rota, and want us to just let in the most random people - who we don't even know.

Their approach to caregiving is disjointed and disheartening, and it's as if they couldn't care less about the feelings and preferences of the people they're supposed to be helping. It's not rocket science – just treat people with a bit of humanity and understanding.

All in all, Shreeji Inc. seriously need to up their game and stop making people's lives even more difficult.
