A supportive self help group where people can meet in a safe space and share coping strategies and talk things through Without fear of judgment. The facilitators are caring and warm and make everyone feel welcome and supported.
SHARE also has a Facebook page where the facilitators can talk to people through messenger/private message and they post positive information on their page.

I have been a member of SHARE for several years and have met some lovely people along the way. The facilitators are kind, empathetic and caring.

If you feel like joining and feel nervous send SHARE a message first and Jane or Steve will be able to put your mind at ease.

It’s not therapy. It’s peer support.
