Told I'd been discharged because I'd not responded to a letter I'd apparently been sent the previous month after waiting for 7 months (I hadn't received a letter). Immediately got in touch to resolve by email. No reply. Rang myself 3 days later. Had a reply to basically say it is what it is and I'm being discharged. Midway through trying to explain..call broke up. I wasn't called back.
Very disappointed and will be lodging a formal complaint.

If I could leave less stars I would! Transition from CHAMS who are another set of useless articles , resulted in my daughter who has severe anxiety (she wouldn't say boo to a goose) being removed by riot police and social services one quiet morning. Cornering her dad with riot Shields in his own home so he couldn't go near her/ attend his hospital appointment (we found out he had throat cancer the week before this lot saw fit to do what they did) and stuck in osprey for a week (under various sections so she couldn't leave, all the while leaving her more distressed) while the doctor that needed to assess her, I think it was a Dr Khan, saw her a whopping twice for less than 10mins! (some great assessment
right there, a bit like the Dr that missed the husband's throat cancer twice cuz she was too lazy to even examine him) Since then a Bev Cunningham has seen her maybe 3 or 4 times and then she's conveniently off sick. Same as the useless CHAMS woman Nanette, she never turned up when she was meant to as she was constantly off sick. We then wait 9 weeks for a letter, someone else is coming to see her and guess what? She didn't turn up!!! Low and behold she was off sick too. Seems this lot can pick and choose when they have an illness and time off to rest. My husband who has cancer? Not so much! They don't care about mental health. They come to see my daughter, they're obnoxious and rude. Half hour Sat in my kitchen asking if she feels safe at home? Don't see this lot asking how she felt when they ripped her out of bed that morning. Place is a complete and utter joke!

This place can't keep therapists or especially doctors for long. They come and go like yoyos, some really awful and bad mannered staff present there. Please who ever in the NHS can look at this service and see the flaws, we beg of you to help!
