Absolutely not good enough they've poor staffing levels if you raise issues that the leads don't like they hate it, because you stood up and challenged the narrative all there bothered about is stopping reputational damage and not dealing with the issues at especially the listening lounge for example I went in one wednesday night and I was in crisis as I had punched my couch due to fighting with Rbh and split one of my knuckles staff saw me ask how I was I said not great I could use a chat she said she'd come and get me once done did that happen no she carried on working 7pm came around I went and spoke with one of the leads to ask if this was going to happen all I got told was she's busy and although I had a 121 my point she knew she couldn't do why didn't she pass it over instead of going to speak to the lead more to the point why offer it the one is a Saturday there not busy at the lounge but staff in the reception area chatting bubbles amongst themselves no please don't misread what I'm saying they here a lot of traumatic stuff and need to decompress I understand and that's all well and good but to be chatting in that first hour and doing nothing I'm sorry but no it's not acceptable and how does this look good for them also they will read to much into your mental health if you flag up and raise issues with and start making referrals like there your gp there not my GP at all I've had a student give judgemental looks and yet this student wants to go into mental health nursing learn not to judge people first maybe them people like me dont get angry and upset.
Feedback especially if there critised in anyway doesn't go down well at all.
For anyone in crisis it's up to whether go here or not I'm not responsible for your choices you are responsible for your own choices if you need help and are crisis go .
As for what's happened to me I've called my shot and told them in no uncertain terms that I can't work with them and this isn't for resolving .

Poor service tonight sat waiting an hour and 10 mins for support found sadly my mate is passing away so waiting an hour 10 is totally not acceptable I shouldn't have to kick off because thires no support you've got staff in the office laughing joking but what about me if I didn't kick I'd still be in the safe space area at 19:30 without support and I'd of been in the building since 18:05 that's a disgrace.
