I cannot recommend Dawn highly enough for her exceptional Bowen therapy skills. I initially sought her help for persistent shoulder pain and neck restriction that made it difficult to look over my shoulder while cycling to work. Thanks to Dawn’s expertise, I now have full range of motion and can cycle with confidence.

In addition, Dawn worked on releasing my C-section scar using her specialized scar release technique. As a rower, I struggled with leaning back during rowing sessions, but after her treatment, I’ve regained full movement and can now row with ease.

Dawn’s knowledge, gentle approach, and effective techniques have made a world of difference to my overall wellbeing. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking relief from pain and improved mobility.

I had a few sessions with Dawn and it really helped with my knee inflammation, after the first session it felt less tight and painful already. My hamstrings were super tight from exercising too so it really helped with releasing the muscle tension. It is very calming and relaxing too so I would highly recommend it!

Dawn is an amazing therapist. Benny ( my very nervous collie) took to her instantly and settled down. Benny has had many therapies but I have seen an amazing difference with him with Bowen. He suffers from trauma amongst other things and he has definitely been calmer and walking better.
