Absolutely appalled with their services!

They were fantastic to begin with...it's a real shame we get the phone hung up on myself and my mother when enquiring about the person who needs help immediately. When trying to ask for an update we get stroppy answers and hit dead ends. Would not recommend turning to these people for help as they make matters worse! My partner is suppose to have received medication and should've started receiving his consultation meetings, but they just keep laying us off with " I will get back to you". It really is diabolical knowing the condition they are leaving this poor man in, yet they don't seem to give a flying toss.

I am extremely lost for words with the "amazing" treatment they serve at this place. Not to mention the receptionist team being extremely rude down the phone to my Mother-in-Law which ended up with her being in tears.

I don't know what would motivate themselves to shift themselves in gear - it seems they will care when this poor boy ends up taking his own life due to the horrendous service we are receiving.

If you are looking to receive any help with mental illness i would look elsewhere!

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and blamed me for their own shoddy management. They really don’t seem to realise or care that the people who use their services are mentally ill.
