I have completed 2 sets of 14 days treatment and both times have been incredibly helpful. The support from the staff has been amazing and the recourses provided and the work that is done during your stay is very helpful and goes into depth about your addiction and ways to cope and deal with it.
I have received and exceptional amount of support which has really helped me. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which helps the whole process massively. I am very grateful for the support given and I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with addiction.

I've been at the Recovery Lighthouse for 2 weeks and the staff and accommodation have been amazing. Our daily schedule has been full of great sessions to help with my recovery going forward. Very good treatment centre, much needed for to kickstart my recovery. My therapist Mark was absolutely great and couldn’t have asked for more. The housing was good and the chef Curtis was the nicest soul ever. Group therapy and different activities/education provided were all extremely helpful. Lots of literature and worksheets provided to structure your day and recovery. Very good, would definitely recommend.

What a life changing experience! I was broken when I arrived; scared, skeptical and ashamed but this facility has given me my life back. I feel happy and confident in my own skin, something I have rarely felt and used alcohol to gain. I don’t need to do that anymore thanks to this centre.

The combination of therapy, supportive staff, exercise, the food and the rules in place have helped me to gain valuable growth and insight. The work is all yours but the environment allows that growth to happen.
Special mention to Curtis for his amazing food and always going the extra mile to accommodate any dietary requirements no matter how strange!

One thing I didn’t expect was the value of community with the other people here. To share your stories, share the embarrassment and shame with people who understand without judgement is powerful. I’ve made friends for life here.

The staff go above and beyond to support the people who attend. The management at this centre is second to none. (Thank you Karen!) Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally with respect and gratitude. The staff listen and show nothing but respect.

Anyone considering rehab would hugely benefit from this centre. It’s changed my life beyond recognition. It’s not about giving up your poison- it’s far bigger than that. It’s not giving up anything, but gaining freedom, confidence and the tools to help you when life gets tricky. You get out what you put in.
Going to rehab takes courage - but to have that courage makes me feel proud of myself and grateful.

You are the one who does the work but the environment makes it happen. I will be coming back to share my experience and I won’t be coming back as a resident!

Thank you lighthouse crew! You’ve been incredible. I will never forget this as I go on in my journey in the outside world.

I did 28 days of treatment and i would highly recommend it to anyone considering rehab. There were a few issues mainly due to short staffing but the support workers, managers, and therapists are fantastic, so are the Yoga & PT teachers. The food is really tasty and the chef is so accomodating of dietry needs.
If the people at the top ensured more staff i would have given 5 stars.

A hospitable and nurturing environment. Relatively well structured and straightforward. All staff were memorable, specifically Moses and Mohammed… their jovial demeanour never dull).
On the whole, a place of compassion and a set standard of therapy.

The recovery lighthouse was very much the right place at the right time for my recovery 🙏 every member of staff were fantastic they all went above and beyond to make the start of my recovery meaningful and positive.
I felt safe and the days were very well organised and structured.
The food was very good 👍 and the facilities very clean tidy and comfortable
