Awful service. Never turn up to see my nephew when they should and then blame him for it. They tried to suggest he doesn't communicate with them about appointments but he does as we make sure of it .Should not be in practice if they want to treat vulnerable people that way. Manipulative gas lighting mentally ill as a charity supposedly helping them is abhorant behaviour.Only use as a last resort. We will be switching provider ASAP. We found them to be very unprofessional and their employees lack basic training. The manager who I shall not name is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Awful agency who care little for their clients and who invoice them for hours of care they refuse to provide. Please do not use them if you have vulnerable clients/ are vulnerable they are unethical and there is better care available from any other agency.
