Staff seem more focused on discharging service users as soon as possible rather than providing appropriate support. They're not averse to gaslighting and lying either. No longer fit for purpose.

Where do I start 🤔 they hand out discharge letters like sweets , you can tell them all day long you wish to end your life and they couldn't care less , I had one therapist tell me I was exaggerating and wanting attention and another who told me it was all in my head , I've done what they recommended me to do ie talking therapy , cbt etc and in their words it does not work they then discharge you so when I refer myself again because I'm desperate for help they tell want me to start again doing those same things they said didn't work and when I tell them no because they do not work (their words) they discharge me again and then send a letter telling my gp I'm not engaging with them (I am engaging bit why would I do something they said does not work for me) my doctor has asked for a second opinion on my original diagnosis (was told by my rdash therapist they didn't think i had what I was diagnosed with) for them to tell my doctor they can't offer a second opinion as it's their policy to only offer one and i would have to go private for a second opinion , luckily my doctor is caring and has reffered me out of area for a second opinion , rdash is not fit for purpose and I would strongly advice anyone against seeing this barbaric service

Won't refer my 13 year daughter although she desperately NEEDS it, no face to face consultation or anything, just talked to my daughter for 5 minutes on the phone and clearly didn't take in a word I said about her and things she's doing. They said there can't be a referal at this time and may be in the future! so I'm having to chase it up again with this place, absolutely disgusting. Very fast to get back in touch but not to help!! Thanks for nothing!!
