Very poor services. Everyone, EVERYONE from the person who answers the phones to the consultants themselves is massively incompetent. They do not have a single clue what they are doing and will go out of their way to traumatize you and invade your personal space. I had my privacy massively violated by 4 large humans that had NO business disturbing me inside my house. It was intrusive and quite frankly disgusting behaviour, from all of them, consultant, the two AMHPS that came trailing after him, AND the lost looking social worker that looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. My dealings with Ramsgate House have actually been quite detrimental to my mental health, I suggest you stay far away from. They should all find other jobs to do

Although not had much interaction with care worker(only met him once).I did see Dr Birtwistle after I'd been having a tough time and he was very helpful helped me alot and talked me out of certain things which I think is the job of my care coordinator.anyway thanks doc.

I hate this place . I always call for my meds and they say yes we will ring u when u can pick up your prescription. Never do and then say that it isn't in their system that I rang . They never answer the phone and my care co ordinator hasn't called or messaged me in 5 months. I tell them I'm at a crisis point and they say it's my job to get through it and they have no support when I need it . My therapist , gp and care co ordinator tried to change my meds. It took 4 months and a change of psychiatrist and I was literally in AnE twice becuase my meds were doing nothing to help me . Shocking and awful and do not go there for severe mh issues

Honestly speaking i been in depression after so many things goes wrong. I here thanks to all Doctors and nurses who helped me get out from depression, and helped me in post pregnancy depression. Its not easy to accept mental health but trust me like everything else every one have it. People who accept and get treated are wise people and wise people make wise lifestyle and wise community brings happiness

My partner was referred here for two years, and no help has been arranged by this place! If you miss one phone call, you're not allowed to phone back, and have to wait for the next call!

No scheduling in place, think the place needs to just pack it in and close, this place SCREAMS medical negligence, may have to get law involved for the negligence. Awful, awful service, go private if you can afford to, do NOT bother.

Is there any other way out of office hours to contact them?, an Email add would be helpful.........4 yrs later I'm editing, still no easy way to contact, phoning them in office hrs is pointless as you never get through, they phoned me some months back to say my appointment with Dr Birtwistle could only go ahead, if I went to see him at Meadowbrook(definitely said no to that, probably never get out!lol, so I agreed to the polite receptionist of a phone call from him in a few days time( it never happened, but I did get a letter telling me how I mist the appointment and now have to wait forever for another appointment, I once lost my driving licence because an unknown Dr replied to the DVLA talking rubbish, Dr Birtwistle had to write a letter of correctness, it would make life easier to be able to email him instead of a build up like this(phew and breath lol)however I feel they try despite lack of resources.

I've been with Ramsgate for several years now, and personally I've found them very helpful. All the staff have been polite to me, listened, and adjusted treatment to suit me. There's been several times when my GP has not been very helpful, but the staff at Ramsgate have stepped in and helped. As others have mentioned, the lines can be busy, but I've always managed to get through, and my issue sorted.

incompetent, unable to follow up and correctly support people. Some of the psychaiatrists & social workers tbere, frankly, should be fired. Their arrogance and poor attitudes towards those under their care stinks.
