I was a patient on Barton ward for 7 months, and it was a rollercoaster of a journey and there was many bumps in the road. However, I truly believe deep down that this admission saved my life. Compared to previous admissions, the consultant for Barton listened to me, gave me a chance, worked with me and saw a tiny bit of hope inside me that I couldn't see myself and put his faith in me to get me into rehab. At many times I could have been moved to a PICU, but the doctor trusted me, and he trusted the process and saw a future for me that wouldn't be the same if I backtracked. On the whole I don't have many bad things to say about the Priory East Midlands, only minor issues and a few instances that were very difficult but the management dealt with them very well and I believe that they are doing an amazing job at improving their service and from March-October I personally saw huge positive changes that the management of the hospital had made.

Cannot fault the care I received here for over 3 life-changing - and quite possibly life-saving - weeks.
At the lowest point in my life, when I desperately needed it, I felt safe, was listened to, believed & supported.
Too many people to name but you know who you are and all I can say is this - Thank You for giving my daughter her mum back 💖

Disgusting behaviour witnessed today on a bus two fully grown male staff members dragging a girl off a bus by her arm if that’s how you treat your vulnerable people you should be ashamed!
Luckily all under the nose of cctv witch has been given to the police. I hope the two men never work in care again!!

The staff are dreadful they have not helped me in anyway.this is in little Moor and when I asked for medication they have ignored of a night time.As I got attacked from another girl from behind
