Brilliant. As part of a bowling group midweek break. Ceh even made sure I had my own special dietary meals done. The restaurant team made sure I was fully catered for. Waitress service for starters and desserts and drinks for all. Mains as required too for myself. Buffet was well presented as an alternative to table service for main courses. Our luxury chalet bungalow was really spacoious,suitably heated to personal requirement, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and you could accept or decline cleaning services which was available each day. Well worth the cost| Your choice what you get involved in activity wise. If you dont then thats down to personal choice. The tv was great to watch the evening shows on if like me you relished the comfort of the room due to personal need. A more friendly staff team you will never encounter anywhere else other than Potters. Whilst Warners has options for eats outside of mealtimes other than crisps and buiscuits from the shop Potters still beats them for quality and attention. If you are peckish there is food available as part of the all inclusive package from 11pm. The shop is a place to browse for a wide variety ofgifts and useful items at a competitive price, good value and carefully sourced stock. We will be back. The cleaning team maintain a spotless venue. The bar staff provide a brilliant table service once youve ordered your drinks from central points at the bars. There is a variety of entertainment areas to cater for all. So many areas to sit and relax. Inside and out. The staff teams were all exemplary in their customer services approach. There was always someone to approach for advice or support as you meandered around the venue. A very nice cloackroom area provides a hanging space for coats as you come and go from your external accomodation too. Water points enable you to easily access drinking water for bottles or drinking cups. When they say all inclusine they mean all inclusive. A good selection of beverages non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. They also have an additional non inclusive list. Whats bot to love about Potters.

Just spent the weekend at Hopton with our family & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bungalow plus was clean, warm & spacious. Food was excellent, plenty of choice & good size portions. The waitress service was extremely caring, helpful & polite. The amenities are amazing & finally, the entertainment was above & beyond brilliant!!!
Definitely going back again!!!

From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The food is 5 star with a wide choice. I am a real fussy eater but there was always a good selection for me to choose from. The hotel rooms are very spacious with a balcony. The entertainment is tip top. From quizzes and fun and games for the less energetic and golf, tennis, badminton amongst the few things for those with plenty of energy. The evening entertainment is as good as any West End show, singers, dancers and a bit of comedy thrown in too. A midnight snack and dancing until the early hours. No need to spend any money whilst you are here as its all inclusive. Thankyou for another brilliant weekend!!!!

Potters Redorts is the best holiday resort I’ve ever been to worldwide. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are guaranteed the most wonderful holiday. Firstly the staff and service is second to none. All staff, whether reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, maintenance, entertainments team, everybody go above and beyond to ensure your stay is first-class. Accommodation again is first-class, 5* standard in either the hotel or holiday bungalows. The food is exceptional, plentiful, and with a wide selection. Breakfast is Full English, continental, cereals, fruit, juices, hot beverages. Lunch is three courses, if you want, including starters, salad bar, chef’s specials, omelettes, jacket potatoes all with a choice of fillings, then a choice of hot and cold desserts. Dinner again is 3 courses with choice of starters, carvery, chefs specials and the hot/cold desserts. Wines are served throughout lunch and dinner. Then if you can manage it there’s a midnight snack about 11pm of something like Chilli, spaghetti Bol, sausage rolls, etc. there’s an abundance of activities during the day including sports, crafts, golf, keep fit, quizzes of all types, and entertainment. In the evening in the fabulous theatre are Wedt End standard shows - got to be seen; just sediment. After there are discos, silent discos, late night singers, etc. I promise you, you would be hard to satisfy if you didn’t go and try a 3 or 4 night break. Go and be Pottered!

I cannot praise Potters both Hopton and Five Lakes highly enough. We have been many times and will never get tired of it. We went to Hopton this time and had a fantastic time. Nothing negative at all to say. The food is amazing, the entertainment is as good as going to the West End. The most important thing about Potters is the people. As soon as you arrive you can relax, everything is taken care of. You really are made to feel like you are with friends and part of the Potters family. Activity wise, you can do as much or as little as you want. They have the most amazing staff at every level always so friendly and helpful. I would go every month if I could. Just love it !

Fabulous first adult weekend experience at Potters from the moment we walked into reception, so welcoming. You really cannot fault anything, the attention to detail, cleanliness, staff friendliness, amazing food, great activities inside & out, fantastic entertainment & shows, it’s all outstanding. You have so much choice to keep you busy or you can just relax, no matter what you do you’ll enjoy it & be sad to leave. We’ve already booked to return in November.

Potters Resort is a wonderful all inclusive break, we had a lovely 4 night break in January and are going again with friends and family in April. That will not be the last holiday this year either. It is very good value for money and you get a lot for your money. Some of the activities which I personally enjoyed are the virtual reality (such fun), segues, archery and indoor rifle shooting. The quizzes (which are not taken too seriously) are good fun too. The food is excellent and the service superb. The only criticism I can find is the seating in the theatre and bar could be more comfortable. I would certainly recommend Potters to people of all ages.

The staff are great. Had time for everyone. Lovely morning if they pass you walking. Sue are table lady was great. Conner was a lovely young man and when he brought us a late tea, nothing was too much trouble even take time to chat
